Highly professional guy who came in clutch in my time of need. Late last night my furnace kept kicking off and my spouse and I noticed that the temperature in the house was getting chillier than normal. I came home from work and our heater was not working. It is 23 degrees outside and 59 degrees in the house. I called 719 Mechanical. Clay answered the phone and asked a couple of questions and was able to walk me through how to fix my issue. He got in touch with me after a bit to make sure everything was working. Thankfully it was. If it had been a larger issue Clay was ready to respond and be hands on and get the job done. My family and I are very Thankfully for Clay.

First major snow storm of the year, after normal business hours and my furnace isn’t working. Reached out to the company that normally does my service only to get an annoyed scheduler on the phone and she offers an appointment for the next day between 8 and 12. I asked if they could possibly come that night, she stated well our techs have up to an hour to call you back. Our furnace went out on Friday, January 2nd, and we called Clay that morning. He came out that same afternoon to inspect it. He did a very thorough evaluation and explained that we would need a new furnace. He also let us know that our water heater was nearing the end of its life. Clay provided a quote for both the furnace and water heater, but never pressured us to replace the water heater. Instead, he honestly explained our options and what could happen if we chose to wait.
