If I could give this place 6 stars I would, first impressions everyone was super friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I dropped of my car to have a sub and amp that I supplied to be installed and I’m super impressed with how everything turned out, all wires were ran nice and clean and done the right way, process was super quick and hassle free. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else for audio needs from now on. 10/10 would recommend, good job guys!
better than what weebee audio/video ever was. the people there know what they're talking about and they're fair with prices. and this dog, is the friendliest most lovable dog. he is the highlight of visiting there for me
I would give zero stars if I could. Really bad customer service. I tried 3 times to get a quote for a ration install in my truck. I spoke to 3 separate people in 3 weeks. Each time I was told I would get a quote emailed or someone would call me to go over the quote. Never happened. I would not recommend going there.
How business should be done. Called a couple of shops and no doubt 717 Audio was the most up front about costs and accommodating of my schedule for install. Their shop is clean, organized and professional. They did the job nearly 40 minutes faster than what they had initially though it might take and charged me exactly what they had quoted me over the phone! Definitely recommend them. Great job, much appreciated.
After purchasing my Audi I was desperate to have remote start installed. After getting turned down by several places because of the year, 717 worked with me to install the system. I got the system installed and tested it out myself on the lot but the next day I couldn't get it to start. After a few trips back to their shop we ultimately determined that the car system out smarts the remote start system and unfortunately had to extract it but throughout the entire experience they were incredible.
