I got a quote from Oscar for a painting project, we agreed on a price and date and he never even showed up and stopped responding. No professionalism or courtesy.
This man is a thief and a very sloppy and lazy "worker". He took 2K in cash and never got back to me. I paid 2 K up front, and gave him another 2K in cash as he doesn't want to pay taxes! He is unscrupulous, untrustworthy and does NOT get back, horrible communication. I am sick at heart over this, I trusted him. He WILL get his, what goes around will come around. Do NOT hire him, he is a fraud.
