My wife and I used 716 Limousine for our wedding this past Friday. 716 was easy to work with and professional. The limo was clean and had all the amenities you could hope for. But what really stood out was our driver, Joe Davis. Driver was not only on time - he was early. He helped with bags. The car was immaculate. He provided water and checked with us on temperature, radio or not, conversation or not. Price was same as an Uber to the airport but 100 times better!
We had a few hiccups with our bus rental, but the company worked with us afterward and made things right. Their follow-up and willingness to address the situation showed a true commitment to customer service. I appreciate the effort they put in.
