I first met Dr. Katie Ball in April of 2025. I had been suffering with severe neck and upper back pains, which was also causing migraines. My first appointment I was nervous due to never have been to a chiropractor, but that immediately changed she listened to my concerns and talked me through everything as she was treating me. She makes you feel heard, welcomed and supported when you’re there. I would recommend any and everyone to book an appointment with Dr. Ball she’s the best !

Let me start by saying I have never had a chiropractor care this much about what’s going on with my body. Most chiros just crack you and send you on your way but Katie actually takes the time to work on warming up your muscles before adjusting and it has made such a difference in my overall wellbeing. She’s so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, it feels like I’m hanging out with my friend. I look forward to my appointment every week, highly recommend

Dr. Ball is extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain in detail her process and treatment methods. She takes time at every appointment to follow up from the appointment before and make adjustments to the appointment based on that conversation. She has been a great help and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking chiropractic care.
