If I could give them negative stars, I would. Before I begin, I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I purchased a car from them, and within weeks, multiple moldings fell or are falling off. They did not disclose that there was a paint veneer (wrap) on the roof that is now bubbling off. There is a roof leak in the back of the vehicle due to the antenna being loose. And the hood is misaligned, yet there are no collisions reported. I’m in Toronto. Called this place to inquire on a car. Jas was nice enough to facetime me while we did a virtual inspection, testing everything on a 20yr old car and even checking the oil. First impressions, these guys are big on customer service.
I sold my Audi A3 to them and was offered a fair price, all things considered. Jake was a pleasure to work with and made the process nice and easy.
I bought a kia from here recently and the whole experience was very smooth. From the first phone call consult to taking the car home, I could not fault anything! Special mention to Mehdi- he went above and beyond. He was very informative without being pushy and was very detailed when answering questions. When car wasn't ready on pickup date he offered a courtesy car and even offered to drop car to me. I could not recommend them enough!
I sold them my car. I was a little skeptical because after putting my car online to sell it, I was inundated with scammers and resellers and low ball offers and guys playing games and conmen and scammers. A guy came from this company and made me a really fair offer right away, just a little less than I was asking. Everyone else had tried to low ball me upwards of $10k less than I was asking for and what I knew the car was worth. These guys buy only cars that are well looked after and have low miles.
