Poor quality workmanship and bad flooring materials – These are really nice folks, but the results are horrible. I had them redo the tile work that looks no better than I could have done. The padding under the carpet has ridges and gaps you can feel when you walk on it. The carpet on the stairs looks as if it was nailed on and the carpet is coming apart. Inferior quality material, poor install and workmanship, irresponsible – They use low grade materials, extremely poor installation, and never completed the job. They worked on 2 rooms in our house. The first room's wood floor had to be replaced due to poor quality material, finish didn't match original samples; and bad installation & workmanship.
