This company is a joke. Scheduled an appointment for service at their location on Gulfton st on 12/3/22. Got a confirmation and appointment reminder emails. Showed up the day of and no one was there. Didn’t receive any notifications regarding cancellation…they just ghosted. When you call them, you get an automated message that says no one is answering the phone. Curtis did such an AMAZING job!! I brought in an SUV that had a bad foul odor from raw chicken being left on the seat (over a year ago!!) and when I got the vehicle back it looked and smelled like it just came off the show room floor!! I am so pleased with the service and attention to detail that was provided. I will definitely be recommending 713STEAM to anyone I can!!
Today, $150 for a platinum detail on my 2016 Dodge Charger..okay, no problem! The problem was that I didn't get platinum service...I recieved a basic car wash! My windows were not cleaned and I still have sap on the hood of my car, my license plates are dirty and the cracks and crevices of my car is filthy. My console and dashboards and things are still left with particles and debris! And I am highly upset and disappointed that I received this type of mediocre service!
