I wouldn't usually write a hotel review, but I wanted to thank the hotel staff for their amazing customer service. Due to the unfortunate coincidence of a cyclone hitting Queensland during our trip to Australia, and just before our intended stay, we had to cancel our trip. I could not fault the manner in which the staff handled the situation and in such a personal and professional manner. 5 stars for everything! We booked the beach-view room again for a weekend away. Though the office is offsite, check-in and check-out is seamless with great communication. All staff in the office are great, as are the staff who work in the building. 71 Hastings is our favourite accomodation in QLD and we can’t wait to be back in Noosa!
71 Hastings did an amazing job. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from the service to the room to the weather. We haven’t been to Noosa for 20 years and it still has that charm. We will be back again and we will be booking through Josephine and her amazing team. Beyond words amazing
Best location on Hastings Street overlooking the beach. The staff at 71 Hastings are amazing, their service is second to none and nothing is ever too much trouble. Perfect location where you can easily walk to the best restaurants Noosa has to offer. We love our Noosa holiday!
