Business owner Joe went above and beyond to help my family when we were stranded—working on the weekends, driving out of his way, handling paperwork, making sure my property was safe, and searching around to make sure I had the best deal on my car/parts. Trustworthy business run by a truly good person.

Very great customer service. They got my car up and running very smooth and back to normal fairly quickly. They take car shield which was a life saver and he knew exactly what to do so it was hassle free. Highly recommend for transmission rebuilds
First I want to thank Joe and the other guys at 71 Auto service in Alma Arkansas. I limped in with my avalanche and he looked at it right away and diagnosed it. He even gave me a ride to the airport to get a rental car. When I got back to his shop the truck was already up on the left and the transmission was coming out. You put it on his bench and started work on it right away. He showed me what was wrong It happened to be the clutches.
