Great customer service and they get the job done right. The owner is a good guy that will take care of you.
Very great customer service. They got my car up and running very smooth and back to normal fairly quickly. They take car shield which was a life saver and he knew exactly what to do so it was hassle free. Highly recommend for transmission rebuilds
First I want to thank Joe and the other guys at 71 Auto service in Alma Arkansas. I limped in with my avalanche and he looked at it right away and diagnosed it. He even gave me a ride to the airport to get a rental car. When I got back to his shop the truck was already up on the left and the transmission was coming out. You put it on his bench and started work on it right away. He showed me what was wrong It happened to be the clutches. He cost me my whole motor. Did not fix a damn thing like he said he did. Called me to pick it up and pay later. Refused to keep it morning of pick up even tho it didn't sound right and wasn't running like it had before. Didn't even test drive it after working on it. Had flat tires when I picked it up and he told not my tires. Didn't even make it home before whatever he did do fkn fell apart and made car completely break.
