Security very rude, treat people with attitude
I was excited and happy to move into my new Co-op Apartment. Unfortunately, it turned out to be bittersweet, because after negotiating down my carrying charges from what I felt was too high for someone who lives close to ground level, and LESS THAN 3 MONTHS AFTER MOVING IN, I received a notice explaining that my carrying charges would go up by more than $50. I live here. It's a cooperative and you have to BUY into the building. Sort of like a condo, except you own a portion of the building. Management is good and they keep the building clean. My only downside with the building is its filled with families and little children and they can be a little loud.
