Poor quality customer service, signs for store policies not properly placed for return items I was a long time customer of the Peoria store until today May 15, 2006. The reason I am no longer a customer is because I purchased a draw string pony tail on the previous Saturday, and was told that if 1. the item was in its oringinal packaging and 2.
