The best Landlord I have had.....and I have had many.
Mark is a fantastic landlord. He's very easygoing and relaxed, trusts his tenants a lot, and is VERY responsive to any issues. The only landlord I've ever had who seems to genuinely care about his tenants and treats the units as a tenant's home, NOT as his own property / investment. We have been here for a year and have had no issues with noise, bad neighbors, feeling unsafe, or anything else. The area is a 10 minute walk from East and Alex, anywhere on Park Ave, Village Gate, and everything in between. We have zero complain... read more
