We came here to celebrate my 28th birthday with my partner. We were looking for a warm, cozy and quiet place and this was ideal! We stayed at the modern container house which we absolutely LOVED. It had all I wanted - BBQ, fire pit, warm fairy lights outdoors, beautiful scenery, lovely breakfast space and more! We had a wonderful stay at 700 Acres. Stunning accommodation and property. On second day there was an issue with water pump, fixed very promptly by host. The only thing missing was an egg flip. Highly recommend holidaying here, we will definitely go back!
Great 4 nights camping on a perfect property. Probably the best spot we’ve camped and we’ve been to a few! Quiet and secluded area for our group of 10 but still only 20mins drive to shops etc. We stayed in cottage creek camp and it had a large flat private area with fire pit and lovely outlook. If you are looking for somewhere to camp and are pretty self sufficient with a 4wd this is the spot. I think Cate has some conventional access camps too. We will be back for sure. Thanks Cate👍
700 acres was the perfect venue for our wedding. Every guest commented on how perfect the day was and how much fun they had. Many guests enjoyed the fire and the caterers commented on the excellent facilities in the kitchen. Cate (the owner) was extremely accommodating of all our requests and helpful with the set up and pack up for our wonderful day. This was definitely the perfect venue for our perfect day. It will be one we never forget. We look forward in coming back to camp for years to come!
Celebrated a Family Reunion at 700 acres and it was the perfect setting. Facilities are clean and tidy with loads of personality. Glamping tents are amazing and luxurious. The Barn is rustic and the perfect spot for any celebration. A huge firepit out the back. Highly recommend
