Disappointing experience at 70 West Body Shop. Melissa initially offered a 10% discount for using a debit card, but later added an unexpected $50 fee. The repair process for my Chevy Equinox involved multiple errors while coordinating with Curt from Eagle River Service Center. The people seemed nice but I was not happy with the experience as a whole. There was a lot of miscommunication and mistakes on their end. My car ended up at another shop for 2 weeks for a bad dash cluster that ended being perfectly fine. There is orange peel and some thin spots around some edges of the paint. There was also a few spots where it was buffed incorrectly leaving microscratches and haze patches. Smoked a deer and they were able to get me in right away to fix my truck. Had to take it back a few times due to a few minor things that were not fixed the first time but they took care of me with no fuss and made it right.
