Everything is fine clean and good attitude for everyone
$90 DOT Physical CASH ONLY, all the staff are very friendly and polite. The process was quick and easy. I wish I could give you names of everyone but everyone I encountered this morning were super awesome. I'm not much of a talker when it comes to people I don't know but chatting with them and others waiting to get there physical(assuming they were there for that) just felt like everyone knew eachother. Good atmosphere overall. See everyone in 2 years!
I come here for my dot physical also drug test luis,Melissa and lizet are always so friendly. good prices and friendly staff always.

The DoT system shuts down by 5pm, so make sure you are there before 4:30 if you can. You will be turned away for a DOT physical after 5 if you go. This is current as of 4/23/25
