I went up to get my car window fixed due to my little sister playing golf. She ended up throwing a golf ball at my window. She’s 12. I have a video of my door working minutes before going into the workshop once the window was fixed. There was parts missing and I also could not get out of my car from the inside. They told my husband that he broke the door, but I have an obvious video of the door working minutes before he went into the shop and as soon as he came back, it wasn’t working.now they want us to pay for it.
I brought my vehicle in for a rock chip that was directly in my sight of vision on 9/19/26. The man at the counter made the repair. The repair helped about 30% at most. I dont know if I can take it somewhere else because the epoxy that has been used in the repair will probably prevent it from being redone. Very disappointed.

Very happy with service today . It was quick & easy. Hopefully the small black liner chip over windshield to stay in place doesn't effect my windshield like water falling through. I took pics before I left. Other than that Im good.
