They replaced my windshield and in 1 day a crack developed. I took it back that week and they claimed it was some impact crack so they wouldn’t cover it. What are the odds of an impact crack not happening for years and then suddenly happening 1 day after the windshield is replaced?! It was most likely and most definitely an impact crack caused during their installation process itself, but obviously they wouldn't even acknowledge that possibility. I am extremely disappointed at the install of my windshield. I was quoted $1000 at the dealer and ended up paying $700 here. The point of me going here wasn’t even to save money, it was just the fact that they were open on a Sunday.
