Update: back again getting 2 more windshields replaced. Highly recommended.... Original review: This is my third visit because they do such great work and have the best customer service around period. I've had 2 windshields in 2 different cars replaced here. They even fixed my dash. Today I had them tint my windows and I couldn't be more pleased.
They replaced my windshield and in 1 day a crack developed. I took it back that week and they claimed it was some impact crack so they wouldn’t cover it. What are the odds of an impact crack not happening for years and then suddenly happening 1 day after the windshield is replaced?! It was most likely and most definitely an impact crack caused during their installation process itself, but obviously they wouldn't even acknowledge that possibility. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. From start to finish the service is super! We needed a mobile car window repair and the attention to detail went way beyond our expectations- we are customers for life!!!
I am extremely disappointed at the install of my windshield. I was quoted $1000 at the dealer and ended up paying $700 here. The point of me going here wasn’t even to save money, it was just the fact that they were open on a Sunday. I was initially quoted $550 about a month ago, but then whenever I came for the install, it turned into $650 plus taxes which I thought was weird but maybe I remembered incorrectly.
