Owner was rude, insensitive and condescending. Although her daughter did a good pedicure job I was charged 30 dollars more than on brochure. Will never go back!
I took my 89 year old mother to this business many times before to get her nails done due to the fact she struggles with her nails splitting due to her age I always take her because she has given up her right to drive because her hearing and eyesight are failing, so two days ago I took her in to get her acrylic nails filled in, it was raining at the time we went so I let her out at the door and then proceeded to park the car, when I went into the Business my mother was in tears and I asked her what was wrong ?
