It’s not always easy to find a massage spa to fit your specific needs. Part of the challenge is to be able to communicate your needs and match them to the skills of the employees who work there. I was extremely lucky and found Lux healing spa. The two therapists working had a little difficulty with MY being able to communicate to them, but their willingness to work together with me, helped relieve me of the pain and difficulty walking that I was experiencing. Thank you, JoJo and Lulu.
I purchased a Groupon for a couple's massage. When I called to make an appointment, they said they no longer accept Groupons and that I should call Groupon to ask for a refund. Groupon would only give me a refund in "Groupon bucks". I was told that I could still book a couple's massage for $100. When we got there, we were charged $135. We were then brought to separate rooms. When reiterating that we booked a COUPLE'S MASSAGE, we were told that they did not have a room with 2 beds to accommodate this.
