I stopped in the first time this morning, having passed this sandwich shop many times on my way from Rutland to Middlebury or Burlington. I bought a breakfast wrap, for around $9.00... less than I'd spend at McDonalds. And this was hot, fresh, and delicious, absolutely great! Also bought a mug and water, so all in all I spent around $20. Can't beat that, these days! Be sure to stop by... you can go up the road a bit and eat at Rosie's for twice the price, and not find better food than at 7 South.
Their veggie sandwich was pretty good. I do wish they had more vegan options.
