Enlisted 7 Cleaning to clean 1/2 a garage (I park in the other half, so nothing to clean on that side) Quoted a minimum cleaning fee of $300. On the day of service, 2 cleaning ladies arrived closer to 1pm and were finished by 2:30pm. I was charged $350. I was assured the $50 overcharge would be refunded. After multiple assurances over the last 2 months, I have yet to see a refund. Also payment is only accepted via Venmo or Zelle, so no option to dispute the charge. Sadly they only receive 2 stars from me. I have used them in the past and not been home. This time I was. I have a small house but pay for a deep clean. The minimum is stated as 3 hrs. There would be plenty to do. The cleaners came at 1215 and left at 215. I had to ask them to finish other rooms. To please clean the glass. They seemed in a rush and left at 215. We recommend 7 Seven to anyone who needs cleaning services. They respond quickly, provide their services in a timely manner, and have really friendly employees. Both our cats carefully checked their work and are extremely satisfied with it (as well as we are).
They ruined my carpet and are claiming they arent responsible for it, absolutely absurd...
They were right on time and worked quickly but very very thorough. Did an excellent job and great attention to detail. Will be using them moving forward.
