They completely waste your time. Terry came out and measured our project and had me go to the supply store to pick out my materials, never heard back from him after I did that. I reached out to him over a month later to see if we were still on. He said yes and quoted me a date. That date has come and gone and still no word. Not how I like to do business. Not reliable.
