Asked for emergency service to have my heat fixed on a night the temperature dropped below zero. I told the company I would pay an emergency service fee bc I have a 7 month old and was worried. I was told several times the on call technician (who I was later told was Jose) would arrive soon after my inquiry. He never came. Another technician came at 2:30pm the next day and the company has the nerve to still charge me an emergency services fee.
This people says I delivery your oil today and they do NOT DELIEVERY!!! Do NOT TRUST 7 OIL! Very disappointing. For years I been customers with this company! They take my money saying they going to deliver today when I call them the lady says " sorry you going to have the e tomorrow! Fast to take my money, lies to me and take long time to refund my money!! So upset.
7 Oil Plus has delivered oil and my first choice for heating repairs or maintenance to my residence for decades. Always delivered as promised. Same day delivery if you call early in the morning or next day if you call later in the day. Every employee I’ve come in contact with from the office, the repair men and the delivery truck driver are wonderful. Everyone is polite, courteous and professional. Prices are set due to the economy but if you keep an eye on the oil/gas prices you can take advantage of the price and fill up. ... read more
