My husband and I are regulars here and come in every few weeks. The staff all knows us and knows what we're coming in for. They are very clean and I always feel well taken care of.

The burning smell was so strong it gave me a headache. I'm concerned about the air quality and what chemicals we were all inhaling.

I wanted a mani-pedi I asked for callouses to be removed. The pedicure was painful; and the woman was careless. First she cut into my cuticles in a couple of places. When operating the "Dremel" tool, she attacked the soles of my feet with abandon, particles of dead skin flying off everywhere. Carelessly, she ran the tool up the back of my heel leaving it raw and bleeding (it's still painful after 4 weeks). They have a HUGE selection of nail polish colors and types. We were able to walk in and get a pedicure. Service was nice and the experience was good.

Not enough attention to detail. I got a gel manicure with French tip. She did not clean the nail properly before applying polish and you can see dirt trapped underneath the polish. There is polish all around the nail on my cuticles and since it’s gel I can’t just take it off. Cuticles were not cleaned up properly either. It looks fine from afar but this is a job I could’ve done at home, not something I would pay a professional to do.
