I have went to 7 nail for years, and I’ve always loved their services especially when Tom was there, but their pricing has now gotten OUTRAGEOUS. Absolutely ridiculous. $100+ for just a pedicure is ridiculous ($89 + the tip on the card reader) especially when it is advertised at $65 I can go to a different nail salon in Santa Rosa, that shall not be named because no matter how mad I am about an expensive pedicure it’s rude to advertise another business, get a deluxe pedicure and a full set, and spend $115ish (I think it was ... read more
They have a HUGE selection of nail polish colors and types. We were able to walk in and get a pedicure. Service was nice and the experience was good.
Not enough attention to detail. I got a gel manicure with French tip. She did not clean the nail properly before applying polish and you can see dirt trapped underneath the polish. There is polish all around the nail on my cuticles and since it’s gel I can’t just take it off. Cuticles were not cleaned up properly either. It looks fine from afar but this is a job I could’ve done at home, not something I would pay a professional to do.
I wanted a mani-pedi I asked for callouses to be removed. The pedicure was painful; and the woman was careless. First she cut into my cuticles in a couple of places. When operating the "Dremel" tool, she attacked the soles of my feet with abandon, particles of dead skin flying off everywhere. Carelessly, she ran the tool up the back of my heel leaving it raw and bleeding (it's still painful after 4 weeks). I will Never go anywhere else to get my nails done! These Ladies are AMAZING ❤️ My Bestie and I go in for Pedicures. And today we went in for just a basic Pedicure. We have gotten different tiers before. But as usual they were friendly, we didn't have an appt, and they were able to get us right in. Tons of color options always in Regular and Gel.They got us set right up. Everything is always super clean, windows open, plenty of fresh air. Which helps with the relaxation element.
