I love this seven leaves. It’s drive-thru every time I pull up my order is ready. I’ve never had any issue!
Not sure what Tiffany’s problem was last night, but I’ve never encountered a 7 Leaves employee who refused to add reward points when all they had to do was scan the code in my 7 Leaves app. I even asked politely if the points could be added afterward, but Tiffany refused because I had already paid. What confused me is that every other 7 Leaves employee I’ve dealt with has told me they can simply scan the app and add the points. On top of that, my drink was served extremely warm. Coffee been and starbucks wannabe and charge you too much money for a cup of average coffee.
I love this 7leaves esp with a driv thru. But here the guy with the perm and glasses has messed up my order several times.
