Not sure what Tiffany’s problem was last night, but I’ve never encountered a 7 Leaves employee who refused to add reward points when all they had to do was scan the code in my 7 Leaves app. I even asked politely if the points could be added afterward, but Tiffany refused because I had already paid. What confused me is that every other 7 Leaves employee I’ve dealt with has told me they can simply scan the app and add the points. On top of that, my drink was served extremely warm.
