We order from 7 Leaves almost every week, and have been for several months. We always order the same drinks. We pay extra money to upsize and always ask for no ice. We drove across town to pick up our drinks to be given a 1/2 full drink, which has never happened before. Again, we do this all the time. We told the employee that we always order this drink and it's always full, so we asked for them to redo it. They stated that we'd be charged extra if we wanted it redone. I didn't get the names of the opening staff it was a young gentleman and lady but the morning crew on April 19, 2024 were amazing! I was unsure what to order due to it being my first time there but they helped me figure out what to order and were super patient and kind! 😇 Grateful they have soy due to my milk allergy. What made this place stand out to me besides their delicous drinks was their amazing customer service and kindness from their staff!

I love their house coffee and Brazilian lemonade! Really nice employees too :)
