Ordered a windshield in July. One email confirming they got payment. No windshield has come. Multiple calls (no one asnwers) and multiple emails (no responses).

Can't recommend. 40 days since I paid and ordered. They are not answering phone or replying to emails. I'm going to have to have credit card reverse charge. Realize it is small business but this is pretty unprofessional. Would not do business with. Whoever is running jurock is not a serious person.

I ordered a windshield on May 7, 2026. 2 months have gone by with no update on my order. I did receive an email on May 31, 2026 to review the look and feel of the product. How can I if the product was never shippe? I have emailed and called with several messages left, but I have still yet to receive a response. I would not recommend ordering from this company. I had placed an order with this company received an email that order has shipped but no tracking details. Found out that order indeed had not shipped and was given an updated ship date. Confirmed that order DID NOT ship on the revised date and that they would get back to me with another date. Since that time my follow up emails have not been answered and no one answers the phone.
