It’s been 1month still have yet got my order 7666. Trying to call them. Never answer the phone.
Love the new windshield for my 2018 R1200RT. Quality is awesome and it does just what I expected - pushes the air over my head while allowing me to look over the windshield rather than through it. Tristan is a great guy and clearly cares about the company, its products and its customers. Also had a 7Jurock on my previous bike (Victory) and it also was great.
Bought a 16 inch with a flip,dark smoke for my 2010 Harley Davidson CVO Softtail.The original windshield actually forced the wind onto my chest......Now....nothing....It's soooo nice to go down the road on a chilly day,and not be bombarded by wind.Super nice windshield,super quality,super fitment.And.....really nice people to deal with.......10 stars in my book......!!!
Good quality windshield. Poor customer service. No response to an email for over a week. Phone just keeps ringing without an answer. I think Customer Service is as much important as the product itself.
Tristan is very responsive and the products are first rate!
