I been waiting for my windshield since October still haven't received it January

Update November 8th, 2025. I received my wind shield for my Victory Cross Country Tour. Well packaged, in great shape. I still wish communication was a little better during the process. Updating from 1 star to 3.5. The windshield is high quality. I was just hesitant whether I'd receive it or not. Placed an order just shy of a month ago. Owner emailed saying would be shipped out with a tracking number soon. No correspondence after that. I have called and emailed. I would not order from them directly, go through a retailer. So far I placed an order two weeks ago and have not received any communication regarding my order accept a confirmation. Have called numerous times and have sent emails with no response??? I do hope that everyone is healthy and Ok. Windsheildless BMW R1100RT in Pa.
It’s been 1month still have yet got my order 7666. Trying to call them. Never answer the phone.
