Ordered a windshield from here 3 years ago loved it. Ordered another 3+ weeks ago and no windshield in the mail and can't get ahold of anyone. It's been well over 9 business days. Calling my credit card company. This is nothing short of a scam now.
If we could we would give 0 stars for this review. Don't waste your time or money ordering from this company. My Husband had ordered and paid for a windshield from this company a month ago and have received no communication that the order has been processed or shipped. Their website states "order processing to ship lead time may take up to 9 business days from the date it was ordered". This timeframe has been well exceeded. I have purchased two windscreens for two different BMW K 1600s from 7 Jurock. Both times Tristin was very helpful on the phone helping me figure out which size to order. After installing the second one, I had some questions about different options and after a phone call I went up there to visit him at his shop. He swapped out my windscreen for a different one with a few modifications, and it works extremely well. Been frustrated with trying to get in touch with the company when I finally did to tell them I was shipped the wrong windshield. But I just got the correct windshield today.
