Stole our money from us. Made us pay for a service and never provided the service. Lied about everything
Off to a terrible start. This is paid in full and we can’t get I. The house and the numbers are disconnected or the voice mail box is full. Clearly they don’t know what customer care is
Our family vacation started off as a disappointment due to our stay we stayed at the Hideaway Villa!! The first day that we arrived as soon as we open the door it smelled like food a place that was supposed to be cleaned and sanitized prior to our visit. Air ducts were so dirty filled with dust, pool was dirty had hair and did not smell like chlorine.
