Great gym equipment. The owner was easy to contact. Has everything you need. Seems like theres also an outside garage gym area which looked really nice as well
Great gym in Westhamptons. This is my second season coming here & I looked at a few gyms all around town & I'd say this is the best of variety of equipment, clean & great classes, & trainers. It is small so during peak season it does get crowded. The owner is really nice, knowledgeable & his classes are really challenging. I love Natalie's classes as well!

Communication with Cory the owner was swift and seamless as I got to try out 7 fitness on my way back from Montauk into NYC - and I’m super glad I stopped in! The privacy, cleanliness and versatility of gym equipment were all bonuses to a well run facility full of great people. Anytime I make my drive from NYC to Hamptons or vice versa, 7 fitness is worth the check in!
