The staff was very rude and unprofessional. He was openly scolding customers and showed no understanding that customers may already be dealing with a stressful day. He also wore AirPods throughout the interaction, which made him appear inattentive and disrespectful. Customer service should be courteous and respectful, and unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.
It's 1:30 A.M got night shift. The store open but there's a lock on the door. I try knocking the glass door several times but no one answered. Bro it's 7-11 it's supposed open 24hr why lock?!?!
I am so disappointed of that girl staff being rude and had no common sense to ask customer politely... the staff girl work on the night shift keep asking 'dik lama lagi ke dik'...this is second time she being rude to me because she thought that i'm still teenager or young girl...one time i with my husband wanted to buy a slurpee and she ask 'berape' without full sentence...how come we know what she ask for...why not she asking us politely how many cup do we want... i said im 31 and she reply me she's 30...like seriously who ... read more
