So although I had a negative experience the last time that I went here, it was another emergency situation. I just needed to take my medication and the last 7-eleven that I went to didn’t have any creamer, so I figured I’d just buy my coffee at that one and come up the street to this one and get some creamer and a donut. Used my reward points when I didn’t ask them to, then when I said something about it I was told it was because it was my 7th cup of coffee (I rarely go to this particular store). Then when I showed my 711 rewards, the cashier got loud with me and tried to explain how to use the rewards like I haven’t had the app for the past 4 years

Asked for a fire extinguisher because someone’s wheel bearing/ brakes were on fire in the parking lot and was told they didn’t have one as they walked past two of them to ring me out.
