I have been going to this specific 7-11 for almost a year. here are some things I've witnessed. The manager is rude, lazy, and relies on his staff to do everything, including finding his phone when he leaves it behind the counter. he rushes you out of the way while you're grabbing your things off the counter by taking what the next person in line has.
