For 18 years, this was my favorite 711. Unfortunately, the employee profile has changed. I hate sounding closed minded, but before you hire your foreign cousins, try teaching them customer service. Try small polite nuances like please, thank you, eye contact. How about putting your phone down long enough to answer an honest question. I waited 6 months to give this review, but it's past time.
