Went there earlier to purchase a prepaid card and not only did the clerk behind the counter barely speak English she had no idea how to load the card. I've heard nothing but bad things about this 7-11 and now that I know they are true I'll be getting a hold of the F.T.C. and filing an official complaint as well as the B.B.B.
EVERYONE THAT WORKS AT THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE FIRED,ONLY REASON I COME TO THEIR STORE WHERE THEY CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO DO THEIR JOB IS FOR THE ICE COFFEE,YET 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES GOING UP THERE BOTH THE ICE COFFEES' ARE OUT WHILE THE EMPLOYEES ARE STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING.FROM NOW ON EVERYTIME I GO UP THERE AND THE ICE COFFEE ISN'T FILLED IM GOING TO FILL UP A CUP OF WHATEVER I CAN GET OUT OF THEIR EMPTY ICE COFFEE MACHINES AND DUMP IT ALL OVER THEIR COUNTER,SO YOU CAN EITHER DO YOUR JOBS AND FILL THE ICE COFFEE OR YOU CAN ... read more
