I don't know why people are complaining about rude staff. The staff that was there when I was we're all very kind despite it being very late. It was dirty but that's expected in a gas station.

I will NEVER patron this 7-11 again. I purchased a car wash at the store register (card reader at the machine was out-of-order). I went through the car wash, but it also seemed to be non-operable. Long story short, the employee on shift refused to issue a refund and was ridiculously aggressive. She had no name badge and would not provide any contact information.
