The female staff wearing glasses at night shift was so rude. I asked her a question, but she didn’t even answer me. When I was ordering my food, she kept asking me which one and telling me to point at the menu, even though I literally gave her the full name of the food. Her facial expression also looked like she didn’t want to serve customers at all. Please, 7-Eleven, improve your staff’s customer service
Worse experience from the service provided by the staff on night duty. Asked just a simple question, what is the operation hour and got ignored instead. Moreover with that sour face? PIC please take note and take action on the staff. Seeing from other reviews shows just how bad the management in this place.
staff perempuan yang jaga malam harini servis sangat sangat teruk. saya hanya nak beli sausage dengan burger，tanya dia masih tinggal apa perisa，dia langsung cakap dengan tak berapa sabar tanya depan，lepas saya pergi kaunter tanya langsung cakap nak cuci oven semua lepas pukul 3 dengan perasaan tak happy dan marah, servis memang sangat teruk, dan takkan datang lagi sini beli barang
Pekerja nama Mai muka masam, takde tanya customer ada member tak. Buang je la, complain pun xjalan
Very friendly staff indeed, ask abt how to sign up for 7 membership, explained nicely with smile on the face (rarely to see this at another place) Very nice caramel latte too! Good job! Keep it up 💯
