Purchased ice cream that tasted curdled.. took it back got another.. same thing. Brought it back… male clerk had attitude and lacked customer service skills..called store manager on the phone….i showed him these photos to show manager he refused to send to him… proceeded to tell me to contact Ben & Jerry’s. 7-Eleven is usually my quick stop for lottery tickets or a snack, but lately the service at this location has been frustrating. The cashier often keeps me waiting even after starting the transaction, which makes the simple lotto purchase feel unnecessarily slow and uncomfortable. It’s convenient for a quick grab, but the wait takes away from the ease I expect from a 7-Eleven visit.
Dangerous parking lot!!! People buying beer in the evening may already be under the influence. Someone crashed into the building not too long ago. Becareful going there at night especially.
The windows have been broken for weeks and they place has a horrible odor outside. Terrible customer service and they give you attitude if you ask for a receipt.
