The windows have been broken for weeks and they place has a horrible odor outside. Terrible customer service and they give you attitude if you ask for a receipt.
Slurpee machine is too watery and the food is old and hard. The employees don’t welcome you or say thank you. Be careful at night time there are a lot of sketchy people around, you have to watch back. 🤫
The cashier was following me around the store. This is not what I expect from 7/11. I won’t go here anymore. Stay away from this place if you like being treated with dignity!!!
Really bad customer service. I have been coming here for years but the new owner is rude. Maybe they are struggling financially, but don’t take it out on the customer.
New ownership is not good. They harass customers and follow you around the store. They get mad if taste more then one slurpee even if you are going to buy one. The new owner is always rude and stressed out. There is another one right down the street and they have good customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here
