“The customer service at this store was unacceptable. If this isn’t addressed, I’ll be filing a complaint with 7-Eleven corporate and any appropriate local agencies. I hope you’ll take steps to improve your customer service.”
Shady as hell business. I placed the order for pickup, and the order was not ready for HOURS. As soon as it show ready for pickup, they give you less than 15 minutes window before canceling the order. On top of that, my order showed "not eligible for refund". So they just decide to steal my money? Now I have to deal with dispute.
Don't advertise yourself as a 24h store if the doors are gonna be locked with no employee in sight at 3am.
Rude employee, male Indian, was just on his phone the whole time talking to his friend. Terrible customer service as I was trying to find Ferrero Rocher chocolate and he told me they don’t sell it. Later I found the chocolate and tried to pay and he was still on the phone with his friend.
