You really need to get a grip on your vagrants outside. Everytime i come there and i only live up the street. I am always getting asked for something. Cigarettes or money. It is getting seriously annoying. Get together with BPD and get rid of the drug attics and beggers hanging out there ALL the time.. i worked in retail if you put your foot down and take care and pride you can deminish the problem..
