Supposedly this is an independent franchise because they don’t participate in the Gold pass program (they scanned my coffee, so I just told them to keep it and walked out), plus they don’t have any hot food options available. I also asked if they had a few napkins to clean up a spill and they just said “no”, which would make me skeptical of the overall cleanliness.
I just started working in the area, and they're "close" at 5:30 am.
Just bad service. They treat you like a student trying to steal. They hide cups behind the cash register. They're food is mad in morning and sit in heat lamp till they sell that item. They don't care about time management on cooked food so be careful. YHEY DEFINITELY DO NOT HONOR NO 7 ELEVEN PERKS OR REWARDS. @7-ELEVEN SHOULD TAKE THEIR FRANCHISE NAME AWAY FROM THIS STORE. WHY SUPPLY THEM WITH 7ELEVEN PRODUCTS IF THEY DONT HONOR EVERYTHING 7ELEVEN WAS ABOUT. 8M GLAD THEY ARE CLOSING THESE STORES DOWN LIL BY LIL IN CHICAGO.
