The "new manager" is absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with. I live a block away, my wife,kids, and myself go multiple times a day for 3 years. The old manager she was awesome. This guy though nope. Disrespectful, lazy, and has hired it seems like his personal friends now. He refuses to ever make coffee, and even laughed at my face when I asked if he could at 6:30 a.m, because I had to be at work at 7, he refused and laughed at me when he noticed inwas upset he wouldn't. I have been coming to West C street 7/11 since I was 6 years old. I come to this licatiin 2 or 3 times a week all hours and have always left satisfied. Tonight was a whole different story and the young lady working is very rude. I’m sick and smiled at the young man at the registers as he was having a conversation with a young lady and man in the back by the ovens. I mostly come by here in the evenings. I really appreciate the boys always trying to keep a conversation and they usually communicate pretty well what's going on. My pickup orders are usually ready pretty quick. Here and there some stuff isn't in stock but that's how life works lol. For a smaller location it's decent, prefer here over the marathon down the street.

I've never got a good feeling when I visit this store. Last week I stopped on my way to work at 5:10 am . I walked up to the register and waited for a good amount of time. I didn't see the clerk , so I said " I'm ready" I didn't know if he knew I was there. He said rudely water a minute. I already had. I told him I need to get to work. Every time I go in they seem a lot concerned about doing something else other than serving the customers. It's the only store around I ever have this problem. Also they are expensive!
