when the Dasher came to pick By drink and chips, the slushy machine was down and they would not allow the Dasher to get a replacement when I called for my replacement. No one is answering. It is going straight to voicemail very unprofessional y’all too grown for this
The "new manager" is absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with. I live a block away, my wife,kids, and myself go multiple times a day for 3 years. The old manager she was awesome. This guy though nope. Disrespectful, lazy, and has hired it seems like his personal friends now. I have been coming to West C street 7/11 since I was 6 years old. I come to this licatiin 2 or 3 times a week all hours and have always left satisfied. Tonight was a whole different story and the young lady working is very rude. I’m sick and smiled at the young man at the registers as he was having a conversation with a young lady and man in the back by the ovens. I mostly come by here in the evenings. I really appreciate the boys always trying to keep a conversation and they usually communicate pretty well what's going on. My pickup orders are usually ready pretty quick. Here and there some stuff isn't in stock but that's how life works lol. For a smaller location it's decent, prefer here over the marathon down the street.
