Incredibly disrespectful teller. I misread a deal on one of their food items and it took one of the other employees to step in to make it right. I am glad that I am not the only one who experienced this at this location, thank you to the woman working who pacified her coworker.
I say this because it’s not right!!! I made a review on one person that works at the Pelham 7/eleven and the whole store retaliated against me by canceling all my orders and then telling me in person I can’t shop there to leave. So Im just ashamed to even say I ever shopped at this seven eleven. Terrible customer service! Unprofessional and unpleasant teller. I will never spend another cent at this location. I have never had someone be so disrespectful to me and my daughter. Do better staff and Management.. but then again I don’t think they care. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
