Im just ashamed to even say I ever shopped at this seven eleven. Most prejudice place ever and management I don’t know if they know it or not so that’s why I gave 3 stars because I’m sure this ain’t the managers practice of business. 🤦♀️🤷♀️ oh well I’ll take my thousands a month some place else
I recently made a review on 7/now and the location on Pelham said I am banned from ordering from seven eleven now and I spend thousands a year with 7 now this is absolutely outrageous a life long customer now banned from ordering at seven eleven on Pelham road in Dearborn heights is that even legal what about my freedom of speech.
I write this review with a happy heart only because I grew up going to 7/eleven and it’s a nostalgic joy for me and my family. I use the 7/Now app for delivery and I always get what I order the app literally is a blessing. Everything updates immediately so you don’t order anything they don’t have. I always order 100 or more dollars worth of items and the slurpees about 6 a day because my family loves slurpees and I adore slurpee ice. Best 711 there is. Food is always hot and I always see them cleaning the coffee bar and taking care of it also condiment area is always clean too, they are on top of it.
Had 2 delivery persons waiting outside your store for over 20 minutes a piece. Couldn't even cancel the order because it took so long..
