Lady yelled at me for shoplifting when I was trying to find a candy for “to long”
Lady told my friend he was gonna steal something out of nowhere and was following me and my friends around, by the way we just walked into the store and she did this, just wanted a slurpee but I guess not lol. She followed us out of the store and tried to get my license plate
I have come here multiple times and it used to have really good customer service, but then this older lady started working there more often and every time I have to check out with her, she is very rude and just doesn’t listen. I have multiple different interactions with her and they’re all not good, I’ve also talked to customers while waiting in line and there’s never any positive feedback about her. Hopefully they get new employees or new owners soon 🤞
Horrible. I was looking around in the store with my friend for literally two minutes and the manager was asking if I was going to buy something. And I said that I was just looking around. She didn’t like that response and kicked me out and followed me to my car to make sure I left. This the many times that I came here so don’t come here if you’re just “looking around”. Fire her.
Expired food on the shelves and the lady at the register won't bother to take care of customers if she's busy doing a menial task. Customer have to wait until she's done. Is 7-11 corporate aware of how poorly this location is being run? EDIT: After few months I forgot how terrible this location was and I stopped by for a hotdog. The hotdogs in the grill looked like beef jerky. They've been there all day. Does 7-Eleven even know how irresponsible this franchisee is? Do they allow this?
