I witnessed people being yelled at followed around and verbally abused. She kept accusing people of being thieves. On free slushy day she was also being awful and harassing people who were younger. It’s dirty and things are covered in dust and dirt. A lot of food is expired and sometimes she doesn’t honor coupons that are advertised in store. She got nasty with me for taking a while looking at drinks.
This 7-Eleven is an absolute disgrace. Every time I walk in, the floors are so filthy and sticky it feels like I’m stepping through a soda spill from last week. It’s disgusting — like they’ve given up entirely on even basic cleanliness. On top of that, their prices are outrageous. I expect a small markup at a convenience store, but this place is gouging customers with prices way above what you’d find at literally any nearby grocery store or gas station. I got my door dash order and both cups of cookie dough were broken into. This particular store should be shut down permanently or all new workers.
There is a girl that works there, idk what her job is but she follows me and my friends around yelling about how she hates high schooler, taking pictures of us and just kicking us out of the store. I understand if she has had people steal in the past but she kicks everyone out who is under 18. I can’t even buy anything from that location anymore I would not recommend anyone go there.
If I could give this place 1 star I would. I came into this 7/11 to grab some drinks. Decided to look at the snacks after. Not even 3 minutes of being in the store and grabbing a drink the Indian lady comes up to me and asked for my ID I showed her my ID. She then proceeds to ask me what I was doing and told me I can’t walk around the store. She tells me to go and pay, I was confused. Can we not look around a store?
