Came into the store and the store owner immediately began to yell at me. It was my first time entering the store and she told me that I was stealing. She specifically told me that she was the owner of the store and refused to give me her name. She was not wearing any identification that she was part of 7/11. Within 1 min of being in the store she called the cops and began to describe me as I was in line with my item to purchase. This 7/11 has the worst store owner ever.
She followed me and tried to buy something that she accused me of stealing.
Expired food on the shelves and the lady at the register won't bother to take care of customers if she's busy doing a menial task. Customer have to wait until she's done. Is 7-11 corporate aware of how poorly this location is being run?
The Indian lady that works there is extremely rude and racist. She accuses my colored friends of steal and kicks them out. She also follows people extremely close around the store accusing everyone of stealing. She even trapped some people in there because she thought they were stealing. This is ridiculous and getting out of hand. I’ve called corporate twice and I feel like she should not work in customer service because if she is going to act like this!!!!
The woman that works there Wednesday nights is one of the rudest humans I’ve ever encountered! She refuses service to my super kind and respectful high school kids unless I’m with them. She tells them they can’t walk around their store. Avoid this store at all costs!
