Been coming here for over 15 years. Easy in & out and friendly service! Love their 7-11 App to earn points.
Stopped in here at night wich i normally do every night as a regular but after seeing the older guy and appears to be the oldest of all the employees I go here alot, older short stalkyish doesn't talk always appears grumpy or maybe not good English. All that I can overlook what I cant overlook is the fact he was digging in his nose sitting behind the counter as it was late and no customers, and I mean heavily picking his nose. Getting very tired of employees who act like You’re ruining their day and have no idea what you’re saying when speaking English. Please pay a decent wage and attract better employees. I feel bad for complaining about something like this but I miss coming here and having good experiences. We’re not in downtown Portland.
Rude/Extremely unprofessional employee, refused to provide name (cowardly), went to pick up an order, but it was not ready. He made me wait and claimed that other customers were more important as they were "paying" (as if I didn't pay for my order through the app). He treated the guys before me and after me well. Never having met him before, I can only assume that he was prejudiced against me based on the experience in store.
