Went there a while ago with a friend for taking pics of our cars parked outside. For those who don't know 711 is synonymous with car culture with even the official 711 having an Instagram called "Cars of 711". It's essentially free advertising for them. Our rides were quiet, no modifications to make them loud and the place was not busy.
