I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought a mattress from Direct Furniture after clearly explaining that I needed a hard/firm mattress because of my back problems. Mr. Singh, the owner, confidently recommended a mattress and told me it was “the best mattress for back pain.” He also used sales lines like, “People spend more than half of their life sleeping on a mattress,” to convince me to buy a more expensive mattress, making it sound like he genuinely cared about my comfort and health.
