I found the service friendly, punctual, reasonably priced and had no problems whatsoever with booking and communication. It was an easy experience 😊
Bad customer service from the husband won't go back ..
Called our office and was very rude to staff and would not provide any details of who he was. Apparently was interested in selling our products but doesn't have a physical store, has zero knowledge or experience and clearly lacks any professional manner. We are very selective about who sells our products and you simply do not make the cut.
The worst lawnmowing service I have ever hired and more expensive than the average company. Almost the rudest man I have ever spoken too aswell. DO NOT HIRE JOHANN. He will not fix his mistakes and he will not refund (despite his websites reassurances of such).
