I had purchased a furniture set from the Lincoln location this February. I had also at that time purchased the extended warranty as well. I had financed with the beand source card under my name and my business name Binkies to Backpacks daycare inc as well that day. Since having the set, i have had 2 service calls on it. Our customer service was amazing! Our sales guy Zac was awesome and answered all of our questions. He gave us some suggestions then let us look around on our own and checked in with us every now and then. He was very patient with us. The whole process was super easy and they explained everything to us! We purchased a gorgeous sectional! We would definitely recommend and buy here again! Thank you 7 Day Furniture!
Terrible quality. Purchased a dresser, got it home, was damaged and terrible quality. They wouldn’t let us even return without a 10% restocking fee. We’re out $17 for a damaged dresser. Our mistake ever shopping here.
Horrible sales people. They lied about when our items would be in. We didn't get our furniture until over 3 WEEKS LATER, when we were told we would have it in 7-10 days. I will never go to 7 day furniture again and I highly recommend you go else where.

Do not buy anything here!!! Horrible customer service, lying salesmen, rude manager and assistant manger. Bought a couch and was promised it would be here in a week and when we paid for it they said 2-4 weeks. We then asked our sales man about it and he said oh it's hit and miss but I almost 80 percent sure it will be here in a week.
