wish there was a option for NO star because thats what i would have put. there furniture is junk it falls apart in less then a yr and they dont stand behind there furniture THEY DONT EVEN FOLLOW A COURT ORDER TO REPAIR EASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE or u will regret it when it falls apart
I would not recommend doing business with 7 Days Furniture. When I came in, I was not greeted by a single staff member- rather they were all chit-chatting in the middle of the walkway and at least five of them made eye contact with me but did not acknowledge me. It wasn't until I came up and interrupted their conversation I received any help. And they were not happy to be interrupted. By the time I got a salesperson, I already found the bedframe I liked. Hello, my daughter and I went to 7 Day Furniture Store on 72nd Street in Omaha, NE, to find a mattress and a basic bed frame. WELL...being blown away by all the options in mattresses and bed frames with the quality of the choices, they were only exceeded by the exceptional saleslady, SUNSHINE, which she did from the time she said hello until she said good bye. I made the mistake & bought 2 bar stools they were 2 short & wanted to exchange for an area rug But not before being charged a 40% restocking fee Something that important should be posted on the walls & not hidden on the back of the receipt in light gray print! Absolutely no customer satisfaction!! What a way to run a business! Red tail light guarantee!! I won’t be back & I will tell everyone about my experience!!
Really upset 😢 I had ordered a makeup vanity February 6th and it is now April 16th and it is still not here yet. I did not expect to wait 3 months just to get it.
What a nightmare! At 9 months pregnant, and needing furniture rather quickly we decided to go to 7 day furniture rather than take the time to go look around in Omaha. HUGE MISTAKE! We ordered a new sofa, loveseat, recliner, and hall tree (pre assembled floor model).
